Custom shapes can be rollformed from the following materials:

Gauge:

Materials can be rollformed in gauges from .005" to .125" in steel.

Width:

Overall material slit width maximum is 11" depending on profile.

Height:

Maximum height will be 3", depending on profile.

Length:

The range of custom lengths will be 3' to 20' and cutting will be done on line. If the part is stackable, it can be cut off line at shorter lengths.

Punching:

Holes can be punched as specified.

Runs:

10,000' per order — we will consider special arrangements for smaller quantities.

Laser Welding:

Can be achieved on very light metals.

Miscellaneous:

Products can be stamped, punched, notched and drilled according to specification.
