Patented spacer profiles produced in modified polycarbonate surrounding a stainless steel foil coil. The ultimate warm edge alternative requiring no change in manufacturing process, no capital investment, and no additional maintenance. PROFILE, COLORS, & CONNECTORS
HY-Therm is available in standard height (5/16") and in numerous airspace sizes. Available in light gray and black colors. Corner keys, straight connector, and gas filling plugs and tubes available.
FABRICATION/TECHNICAL ADVANTAGES
Can be used with traditional spacer fabrication systems. Compatible with all sealants and coated glass. Excellent rigidity over wide temperature spectrum. Stainless Steel foil core provides exceptional moisture vapor transmission barrier. Passes industry standard ougassurg, IGMAC and MAPA tests.
