PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
Roll formed, laser welded air spacer profiles produced from a patented nickel-zinc coated steel. Nickel-Zinc coating offers superior adhesion and superb corrosion resistance with enhanced thermal properties. Excellent warm edge alternative requiring no change in manufacturing process, no capital investment, and no maintenance concerns.
PROFILE, COLORS, & CONNECTORS
Hy-NZ is available in any Hygrade spacer profile. Surface is a flat, matte metallic gray. Corner keys, straight connector, and gas filling keys available.
FABRICATION/TECHNICAL ADVANTAGES
Can be used with any spacer fabrication system. Easier to cut, bend, and handle compared to stainless steel with similar thermal performance. Superb corrosion resistance that lasts up to 10 times longer than the equivalent thickness of zinc (galvanized) coating.
